About the Team

Proto's team is extremely global with 80% BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and Persons of Colour) and 50% female members working across 15+ countries.

We're a remote team of self-starting and entrepreneurial machine learning engineers, SaaS sales professionals, and digital nomads.


Our management operates established processes for cross-cultural and timezone collaboration while limiting zoom calls to an hour a day as much as possible.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies with a focus on Proto's buying personas to drive qualified leads to the sales team.
  • Monitor and optimize automation tools (Zapier, Hubspot, ) to streamline marketing processes such as lead generation, nurturing and content creation and make sure all the automated flows run smoothly.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, website traffic, and lead generation metrics to identify areas of improvement and optimize marketing efforts.
  • Support with content creation and review/optimization, including articles, case studies, and social media content, to engage the target audience and generate leads.
  • Optimize website content and landing pages to increase conversion rates and improve user experience.
  • Collaborate with the design team to develop visually appealing marketing materials, including infographics, videos, and presentations.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify target segments and understand customer needs.
  • Support event marketing initiatives, including webinars, conferences, and industry events.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, such as Sales and Product, to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends, best practices, and emerging marketing technologies to drive innovation and stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or specialization in Marketing.
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on lead generation and digital marketing.
  • Proven track record of driving successful leadgeneration campaigns and achieving measurable results.
  • Experience automating marketing processes using tools such as Zapier, and ChatGPT.
  • Solid understanding of marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and lead management processes.
  • Proficiency in content creation, including writing engaging and persuasive copy.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices for optimizing web content.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
