This role is within an independently female owned company and extends the following:

  • Oversee kitchen operations
  • Create menus & recipes to showcase your passion, skills & personality
  • Recruit, develop & lead kitchen teams as business growth continues
  • Hold food tastings & seminars
  • Autonomy to create culinary dept operations & methods
  • Work within a leadership team of supportive, knowledgeable, professional and driven individuals
  • Hands on working chef
  • Genuine care and attention to detail
  • High level organizational skills
  • Head chef experience in a 7 figure business
  • Ability to work with Sales & Marketing managers in Tandum to achieve client goals
  • Driven by building connections with others & creating memorable interactions
  • Desire to attend client events in order to promote awareness and ensure quality
  • Creative thinking & determined problem resolution
  • Work closely with Director of Ops & Ownership to ensure costing, branding & personnel are all flourishing

We offer:

  • A starting salary of 65k
