We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist ( Admin). This role is critical to optimizing our sales process, enhancing efficiency, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:

1.

Sales Process Optimization:


  • Work with the sales leader to develop and implement strategies to streamline sales operations and enhance overall productivity.
  • Analyze and evaluate current sales processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
  • Continuously monitor and refine sales workflow to ensure alignment with business objectives.

2. Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to provide insights into performance trends, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Generate regular reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics, sales pipeline, and forecasting accuracy.
  • Work closely with sales leadership to develop actionable recommendations based on datadriven insights.

Sales Enablement Support:


  • Develop sales collateral, and datadriven analysis to help optimize sales tools, systems, and other sales enablement technologies.

Sales Forecasting and Planning:


  • Assist in the development of sales forecasts and annual sales plans based on historical data, market trends, and business objectives.
  • Work closely with sales leadership to ensure alignment between sales forecasts and resource allocation.

Process Documentation and Standardization:


  • Document sales processes, procedures, and best practices to ensure consistency and scalability.
  • Drive the adoption of standardized processes and tools across the sales organization.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:


  • Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams, including marketing, distribution, logistics, and sales executives, to align sales initiatives with broader company goals
  • Serve as a liaison between sales and other departments to facilitate communication and coordination.

Key Qualifications:

  • Finance Degree/Diploma preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales operations, and business analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources.
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Experience in the technology industry is a plus.
