Key Responsibilities:
1.
Sales Process Optimization:
- Work with the sales leader to develop and implement strategies to streamline sales operations and enhance overall productivity.
- Analyze and evaluate current sales processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
- Continuously monitor and refine sales workflow to ensure alignment with business objectives.
2. Data Analysis and Reporting
- Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to provide insights into performance trends, opportunities, and challenges.
- Generate regular reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics, sales pipeline, and forecasting accuracy.
- Work closely with sales leadership to develop actionable recommendations based on datadriven insights.

Sales Enablement Support:
- Develop sales collateral, and datadriven analysis to help optimize sales tools, systems, and other sales enablement technologies.

Sales Forecasting and Planning:
- Assist in the development of sales forecasts and annual sales plans based on historical data, market trends, and business objectives.
- Work closely with sales leadership to ensure alignment between sales forecasts and resource allocation.
5.
Process Documentation and Standardization:
- Document sales processes, procedures, and best practices to ensure consistency and scalability.
- Drive the adoption of standardized processes and tools across the sales organization.
6.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams, including marketing, distribution, logistics, and sales executives, to align sales initiatives with broader company goals
- Serve as a liaison between sales and other departments to facilitate communication and coordination.
Key Qualifications:
- Finance Degree/Diploma preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in sales operations, and business analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources.
- Proficient in Microsoft suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Experience in the technology industry is a plus.
