About the Role:
Market Research Executive Interviewers conduct telephone surveys during daytime business hours with a high-profile audience including key opinion leaders and executives across all business sectors.
There is no telemarketing or sales involved.
We are hiring for this position at an
hourly wage of $17.00
What you can expect to be doing:
- Conduct telephone surveys for research purposes
- Read aloud a questionnaire as it is written and record the respondent's answers accurately
- Check and revise all responses for accuracy, proper spelling, and grammar
- Have a courteous, customer service approach
What you'll need:
- Selfmotivated and positive attitude
- Minimum typing speed 55 words per minute with 90% accuracy
- Prior experience in a call center, customer support, telemarketing, or phone interviewing is beneficial
- Excellent time management skills
- Comfortable speaking on the phone
- Professional customer service attitude
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
- High school diploma or GED preferred

- Expected working hours are 8:00 4:00 pm or 9:00 5:00 pm

What you'll need:
- Have a private and quiet workspace
- Desktop or laptop computer with minimum Microsoft Windows 10 or 11 operating system
- Minimum computer requirements are 1.1 GHz and 512 MB RAM
- Broadband or highspeed DSL, cable or satellite internet connection.
- Able to run Windows Updates regularly to keep system current with latest security updates from Microsoft
- Antivirus software. Only one antivirus program installed. (Avast and Kaspersky not supported)
- Landline telephone or cell phone including a headset with microphone that connects to your telephone equipment. Excellent sound quality required.
