  • 5+ years Dental Experience
  • Strong Emotional Intelligence & Excellent Listening Skills
  • HARP Certification preferred but not required
  • Postsecondary dental education an asset
  • High degree of organizational skills
  • Professional communication skills with patients and colleagues
  • Comfort with financial conversations
  • Desire to grow as a professional and take on new skills
  • Ability to switch focus regularly while completing tasks efficiently and effectively
  • Possess a team mindset and inspire positivity
  • Basic comfort/literacy with technology experience with ClearDent & RecallMax is an asset
  • Self-Motivated and Customer Service Oriented
  • An outgoing, friendly disposition

Job Types:

Supplemental pay types:

  • Aylmer, ON N5H 1K9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
