Sales and Training Manager (Full-Time)
Calgary, AB

Compensation:
$50-$80k+ (base salary $50k with quarterly bonuses based on business growth and profitability)

About the role:


This role will split time in-office (25%) and out in the field (75%) working alongside with our truck team members and directly coach them in the field.


  • Lead the growth, training and development of a team of 2040 frontline sales and customer service Truck Team Members
  • Lead training sessions inhouse and deliver our training programs in the field
  • Build, lead and certify sales trainers
  • Continuous development of training content to develop bestinclass salespeople delivering exceptional customer experience
  • Continuous development of incentive programs to ensure profitable growth for the business and financial motivation for our Truck Team Members
  • Work with leadership team to continue to develop your own skills as a coach
  • Contribute to setting goals with the General Manager

Qualifications:

  • Experience with sales coaching, sales management, and/or small business leadership
  • Experience in a franchise is a plus but not a requirement
  • Interest in growth and development your own and those around you
  • The desire to grow your skill set to lead a small business
  • Proficiency in the Google suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets) or similar software
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to travel within Canada and to the US
