Job Summary:

Are you a strategic visionary passionate about leadership, technology, and empowering businesses to reach new heights? As General Manager, you will be the captain of our ship, setting the course for day-to-day execution relating to product development, cloud operations, marketing, human resources, and finance. Requirements:

Proven track record in a leadership role, with an emphasis on innovation and strategic thinking (Digital marketing or software development agency experience is a plus).
Ten years of operations experience with 5+ years in a leadership role and significant experience managing large teams and business processes.
Exceptional team management skills, with a history of assembling and nurturing high-performing teams.
A strong background in cloud technology and software product development.
MBA from a reputable institution or equivalent experience.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Deep industry insight and a knack for understanding market trends and customer needs.
