Project Coordinator at Flux Lighting, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of our exciting lighting and controls projects.

Project Organization and Follow-Up:

  • Efficiently organize and meticulously follow up on projects.
  • Handle tasks such as sending and receiving drawings, purchase orders, and releasing orders.
  • Troubleshoot any projectrelated challenges promptly.

Customer Communication:

  • Address inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive client relationships.

3.

Budget Management:

  • Offer budget pricing to our valued customers.
  • Prepare accurate and compelling quotations as needed.

4.

Invoicing Support:

  • Collaborate with the billing team to assist in invoicing for completed projects.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness in financial transactions.

5.

Database Maintenance:

  • Organize and maintain our Oasis database.
  • Manage manufacturers, customers, and contacts efficiently.

6.

Team Support:

  • Step in to cover for colleagues who may be away.
  • Contribute to a seamless workflow within the team.
