Hardt est présentement à la recherche d'un(e):
**Répartiteur(trice) pour les appels de services**

Le rôle principal du Répartiteur(trice) pour les appels de services est de comprendre et de soutenir nos clients de nos chaînes principales en recevant et en envoyant un fournisseur de services pour les appels. Le/la Répartiteur(trice) pour les appels de services est un membre du groupe technique et effectue d'autres tâches administratives qui lui sont assignées. Ce poste relève du Gestionnaire de service à la clientèle.

**Principales responsabilités**
- Offrir un support aux clients en transférant les demandes de service à l'endroit approprié;
- Répondre aux appels ou à toutes autres demandes électroniques;
- Maintenir les données reliées aux demandes de service;
- Agir comme personne-ressource pour tous les autres postes administratifs, au besoin.

**Qualifications requises**
- Avoir complété un Diplôme d'Études Secondaires (DES);
- Détenir au moins une année d'expérience dans les centres d'appel ou dans un département de service à la clientèle;
- Démontrer une forte orientation vers le service;
- Faire preuve de flexibilité avec l'horaire de travail;
- Avoir de bonnes compétences en informatique, et capacité à utiliser Outlook, Excel et Word efficacement pour effectuer des tâches;
- Le bilinguisme est essentiel (anglais et français), autant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral;
- La connaissance de l'espagnol constitue un atout.

**Conditions de travail**

Normal pour un environnement de bureau. La semaine de travail comprend 37,5 heures, du lundi au vendredi.

Hardt encourage le télétravail lorsque le type de travail le permet jusqu'à un maximum de 3 jours par semaine et un minimum de 2 jours par semaine au bureau. Les membres de l'équipe doivent se coordonner avec leur superviseur pour évaluer ce qui convient et définir les meilleures options qui respectent les besoins et les objectifs des employés et de l'entreprise. Le télétravail deviendra possible lorsque la formation sera complétée.

**Customer Support Service Dispatcher**

The primary role of the Customer Support Service Dispatcher is to understand and support our major chain customers by receiving and dispatching a service provider for incoming calls. The Customer Support Service Dispatcher is a member of the Technical Group and performs other administrative duties as assigned. This position is reporting to the Customer Service Manager.

**Key areas of responsibility**
- Assist customers by selecting and dispatching service requests;
- Respond to telephone or any other electronic inquiries;
- Maintain the data associated with service requests;
- Back up to any admin position as required.

**Qualifications**
- Holds a high school diploma;
- Minimum 1 year call center or customer service experience;
- Demonstrate a strong service focus;
- Willingness to be flexible in work schedule;
- Good computer skills, and ability to use Outlook, Excel and Word effectively to perform duties;
- Bilingual written and verbal, English/French; Spanish will be an asset.
