Join Our Challenge:
This role is a part of the Client's Infrastructure Cloud Capability and Design team. The main task is to implement Atlassian products.

Responsibilities:

- Business Analysis: Facilitate approval for business requirements, conduct gap analysis for enhancements, and act as the bridge between business units, tech teams, and IT vendors for system evaluations, selections, and project implementations.

- Quality Assurance: Prepare and execute test cases for functional and regression testing, coordinate user acceptance tests, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and acceptance criteria.

- Operational Support: Administer and configure the JIRA environment, manage user access, create security and custom configurations, install add-ons, optimize workflows, develop metrics dashboards, perform system upgrades and migrations, and establish user procedures and governance for JIRA, including crowd administration.

- Project Management: Engage in or lead project initiation and closure processes, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery of Business Analysis and Operational Support (BAOS) responsibilities.


Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent knowledge, with a minimum of 5-7 years of relevant work experience. Expertise in Atlassian products like Jira, Confluence, and Crowd, as well as leading CI/CD solutions. Proficiency in integrations or implementations of the Atlassian tool suite, configuring the JIRA/Crowd/Confluence environment, creating security schemes and custom fields, managing confluence spaces, customizing JIRA projects, using JIRA REST APIs for integration, and more.
