TheTradeOperations team ensures goods flow as smoothly as possible across borders, from factories to distribution centers to places where lululemon stores are.

Develop and maintain a robust governance framework fortradeoperations, including policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines, in alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

Oversee the development, review, and update oftradeoperations policies to ensure they are comprehensive, consistent, and compliant with internal and external requirements.

Implement a comprehensive compliance monitoringprogramto assess adherence to established policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines, identifying areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions.

Collaborate with the team to identify and mitigate operational risks associated withtradeoperations processes, ensuring appropriate controls and safeguards are in place.

Develop and deliver trainingprograms to educatetradeoperations staff/partners on policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines, promoting a culture of compliance and operational excellence.

Continuously assesstradeoperations processes, identifying opportunities for optimization, automation, and streamlining to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience.

Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional stakeholders, including globaltradeoperations teams,TradeCompliance, Inbound logistics, Outbound Logistics, Legal, Product, and Technology, to ensure alignment, effective communication, and successful implementation of governance initiatives.

Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging best practices related totradeoperations governance, actively participating in industry forums and sharing insights with internal stakeholders.

Prepare regular reports and presentations on governanceprogramperformance, compliance metrics, and improvement initiatives, ensuring accurate and timely communication to seniormanagerand relevant stakeholders
5+ years' practical experience in customs & internationaltradeor supply chain & logistics related field
~ Professional English level (written and spoken) is required.
~ Apparel & footwear industry experience is a plus
