Role overview


We are seeking an Assessment Coordinator who is creative, innovative, and eager to support a mental health clinic in reaching their goal of supporting folks in need of assessment and/or therapy services.

As an Assessment Coordinator, your role is pivotal in adding to a welcoming and warm environment, supporting clinicians and the clinic, with an emphasis on supporting assessment services.


A day in the life

  • Book clients in for consultations, assessments, and feedbacks.
  • Support in creating and developing assessment calendars.
  • Support in creating assessment related documents (such as "how to's" for clients).
  • Download, save, and prepare questionnaires for clinical team.
  • Followup with clients as needed to ensure all relevant documents are complete/submitted before initial clinical interview.
  • Send password protected assessment related documents to clients, following assessment completion.
  • Order assessment equipment, protocols, and questionnaires.
  • Adhere to PHIPA guidelines and maintain client confidentiality.
  • Support the Office Coordinator in general administrative tasks.
  • Adhere to the clinic policies and procedures.
  • Support in other duties as assigned.

What you bring to the team

  • Excellent organizational, time management and prioritization skills
  • MS Office skills required, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Strong interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills
  • The ability to work in a team environment and contribute to the overall success of the clinic
  • A froward thinking and collaborative mindset
  • Knowledge of the Jane App is an asset
  • Report editing experience is an asset
  • A passion for supporting folks in their mental health journey

$22.00-$26.00 per hour
