Maintains a positive and professional attitude in dealing with other team members in the performance of duties. Ensures the proper and fair application of company policies and procedures, including the Collective Agreement.Optimizes fuels and chemical additive proportions to ensure quality, production, and cost-effectiveness.
Manages personnel-related costs for efficiency in time management, attendance, training, loss time incidents, and overtime.
Establishes and maintains extensive partnerships and develops a positive working environment with the team and ensures the team members are empowered, encouraged, and rewarded for their contributions and performance.
Establishes and clearly defines responsibility for staff on the team and ensures the ongoing management and support of staff and effective employee performance.
