**Position Overview**:
As a **_Parking Attendant_**, you will be at the forefront of providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our parking facilities. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting and assisting customers, directing them to available parking spaces, and monitoring the parking lot for safety and efficiency. In this role, your alertness and quick thinking will be essential as you address various situations, such as double-parked cars, open windows, and lights left on. You will also play a vital role in communicating occupancy levels to our valet team, maintaining clear traffic pathways, and reinforcing compliance with parking regulations and signs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and direct them to the parking areas. Monitor the parking lot (double-parked cars, lights on, open windows, etc.)

**Requirements**:

- Organizational skills.
- Must be an alert, bright and quick thinking individual.

- Ability to work under pressure.
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- Must have a valid work permit or be a Canadian resident
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods

**Aperçu du rôle**:
En tant que **_Préposé au stationnement_**, vous serez au premier plan pour offrir un service client exceptionnel et garantir le bon fonctionnement de nos installations de stationnement. Vos responsabilités principales incluront l'accueil et l'assistance aux clients, la direction vers les espaces de stationnement disponibles, ainsi que la surveillance du parking pour garantir la sécurité et l'efficacité. Dans ce rôle, votre vigilance et votre réactivité seront essentielles pour faire face à diverses situations, telles que les véhicules en double file, les fenêtres ouvertes et les lumières laissées allumées. Vous jouerez également un rôle essentiel en communiquant les niveaux d'occupation à notre équipe de voituriers, en maintenant des voies de circulation claires et en renforçant le respect des règlements et des panneaux de stationnement.

**Responsabilités**:

**Exigences**:

- Sens de l'organisation.
- Être une personne alerte, allumée et vive d'esprit.
- Capacité à travailler dans une position debout durant de longues périodes.
- Capacité à travailler dans des températures extrêmes (été/hiver).
- Capacité à travailler sous pression.
- Avoir au moins 18 ans
- Avoir un permis de travail valide ou être résident canadien.
- Permis de conduire valide et dossier de conduite vierge
- Bonne condition physique et capacité à rester debout pendant de longues périodes.
