Dans le cadre du développement continu de notre cabinet, nous sommes à la recherche d'un.e ** intermédiaire en architecture possédant de solides compétences en BIM, **pour rejoindre notre équipe d'architectes dynamique. En tant que intermédiaire, vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans le processus de conception et de réalisation, en apportant votre expertise en BIM pour créer des solutions architecturales précises et efficaces. **Principales responsabilités**
- Modélisation BIM : Créer des modèles architecturaux détaillés à l'aide de logiciels BIM (par exemple, Autodesk Revit) pour développer et documenter les conceptions de bâtiments, en veillant à l'exactitude et à la conformité avec les exigences du projet;
- Collaboration : Collaborer étroitement avec les architectes et les chargés de projet pour intégrer la BIM dans le flux de travail du projet, en facilitant une communication et une coordination efficaces entre les membres de l'équipe;
- Contrôle de la qualité : Examiner et analyser les modèles BIM afin d'identifier et de résoudre les problèmes potentiels, les divergences et les contradictions dans la conception, en fournissant des solutions pour maintenir l'efficacité du projet;
- Documentation : Produire des plans de construction, des spécifications techniques et d'autres documents relatifs au projet à l'aide du logiciel BIM, en respectant les normes et les réglementations du secteur;
- Maintenance du modèle : Mettre à jour et entretenir en permanence les modèles BIM tout au long du cycle de vie du projet, en veillant à ce qu'ils reflètent fidèlement les modifications apportées à la conception et l'avancement du projet;
- Formation et soutien : Contribuer à la formation et au soutien des membres moins expérimentés de l'équipe en ce qui concerne les techniques et les meilleures pratiques BIM, en encourageant une culture d'amélioration continue;
- Normes BIM : Veiller au respect des normes, protocoles et flux de travail BIM de l'entreprise et de l'industrie;
- Interaction avec les clients : S'engager auprès des clients pour présenter les mises à jour des projets liées à la BIM et résoudre toute question ou préoccupation concernant le processus BIM.

**Vos compétences**
- Baccalauréat ou diplôme en architecture, en technologie de l'architecture ou dans un domaine connexe;
- Plus de 3 ans d'expérience professionnelle dans le domaine de la technologie architecturale avec un accent particulier sur la BIM;
- Maîtrise des logiciels BIM tels qu'Autodesk Revit et connaissance d'autres outils liés à la BIM;
- Solide compréhension des principes de conception architecturale et des techniques de construction;
- Une bonne connaissance des normes et protocoles BIM de l'industrie est un atout;
- Excellentes compétences en matière de résolution de problèmes et souci du détail;
- Compétences efficaces en matière de communication et de travail d'équipe;
- Capacité à gérer efficacement plusieurs projets et échéances;
- La maîtrise d'AutoCAD est un atout;
- Bilinguisme est un atout.
