As we continue to grow, we are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team and contribute to our success.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist with various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and recordkeeping.
  • Coordinate with drivers and other team members to ensure smooth communication and timely updates.
  • Handle invoicing, billing, and accounts payable/receivable tasks.
  • Prepare and compile reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Maintain and update company databases and systems accurately.
  • Support the HR department in tasks such as onboarding and maintaining employee records.
  • Contribute to improving office efficiency by suggesting process improvements and implementing best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • A positive and proactive attitude with a willingness to take on new challenges.
  • Knowledge of the trucking or transportation industry is a plus but not mandatory.

Salary:
$21.00-$25.00 per hour
