IT & Telecom Support
Part Time (21 hours per week)

The Role


Reporting to the IT & Telecom Lead, you will provide on-site IT support for seamless coordination between users and the IT service provider.

This includes troubleshooting, equipment distribution, and responding to support requests, ensuring operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities of the position:

  • Provide Fundamental IT & Telecom Support
  • Manage Relationship with MSP and Third-Party Providers.
  • General Position and Leadership Responsibilities.
  • Implementation and Support of IT Systems.

What you bring to the role:

  • Four-year university degree in computer science or related discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated presentation & facilitation skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Valid Ontario driver's license and access to a vehicle are required.
  • Fluency in both official languages (English or French) or other languages, an asset.
