Responsibilities:

  • Manage logistics and arrange equipment transfers.
  • Manage fleet availability, utilization, and returns.
  • Manage the repair and maintenance of the rental fleet.
  • Manage customer relationships and provide expert advice on equipment selection.
  • Handle inbound inquiries and outbound telemarketing calls to close rental deals.
  • Work with the rental team and other departments to prep trucks and deliver them to customers in a timely fashion.
  • Support the outside sales force and manage vendor relationships.
  • Consistently incorporate the company's guiding principles into daily activities.
  • Provide general support to the heads of departments and perform other duties as assigned.
  • Consistently attend work and be ready for work at the designated start time.
  • Be flexible and adaptable as the role may change over time depending on departmental changes.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written French & English.
  • Good computer skills with a focus on Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Rental experience in material handling and knowledge of forklift specifications is a distinct advantage.
  • Must be able to answer the telephone.
  • Team player with a positive attitude towards work and the ability to complete tasks with little supervision.
  • Customer service experience in a fastpaced environment is a must.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Completion of high school, with completion of college being a definite asset.
  • Bilingual must be fluent in both French and English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build a strong rapport with each customer and coworkers.


 Computer skills
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, with the ability to learn specialized software.
