We offer a contemporary casual concept, featuring exceptional seafood, artisanal pizza, signature prime rib and local wines from the Niagara region.

Guests can enjoy the lake view from inside our glass-walled dining room, or from our stunning patio.

Position Function:

The Pizza Cook is responsible for preparing, baking, and plating pizzas according to the restaurant's standards.


If you have a passion for the food industry and possess strong leadership skills, we want to hear from you.


Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and toppings according to restaurant recipes.
  • Cook pizzas, ensuring they are cooked to perfection.
  • Ensure the quality and presentation of all pizzas leaving the kitchen meet the restaurant's standards.
  • Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and organization.
  • Assist with preparations of all the stations as needed.
  • Follow health and safety regulations and ensure compliance with local and state regulations.
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
  • 2 years of experience in fastpaced pizza restaurants preferred.
  • A degree or diploma in culinary arts, skills, or management preferred.
  • Chef's certificateapprenticeship programculinary training.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Food Handling Certificate.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.
  • Ability to occasionally lift items as heavy as 50 lbs.
