The Opportunity:


We are looking for a driven Corporate Development Strategist who will be reporting to the head of the Executive Administrative Team.

This individual will be tasked with overseeing one of our most important projects in relation to our corporate development and corporate image.


What you will be doing:

  • Lead in the planning and execution of corporate development initiatives.
  • Examine current business strategies and develop new strategies to improve upon current results and/or to meet new goals.
  • Manage corporate reputation by working towards shaping the public perception of the corporate identity.
  • Negotiating office leases and supporting the Administrative Team regarding these initiatives.
  • Contribute to culture and cohesion of the strategy team. Externally, establish strong, trustbased relationships.
  • Maintain contact with external stakeholders to ensure continued business relationships and followon opportunities.
  • Manage & optimize the company's PR strategy (Press releases & distribution of press releases).

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of related experience or equivalent function role.
  • University Degree.
  • Bilingual (fluency in English and French is mandatory).
  • Exemplary writing and editing skills in both English and French.
  • Experience in digital media / publishing industry.
  • Experience collaborating and leading crossfunctionally with experience building consensus among. multiple stakeholders in an entrepreneurial, highexpectation environment.
