POSITION PROFILE:

Inn at the Forks is a luxury boutique hotel located in the heart of Winnipeg at the Forks.

The hotel opened in June 2004, and features 116 guestrooms and suites, a luxury spa experience at Riverstone Spa and elevated dining at SMITH Restaurant.

As the General Manager of Inn at the Forks, you will be responsible for demonstrating an entrepreneurial spirit to oversee all aspects of the hotels' operations, and ensure the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction.

Your leadership will drive the hotel's success by fostering a culture of excellence among team members and maintaining the integrity of the brand.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to attract new guests and retain loyal customers.
