Job description


Countryside Farms is an egg grading plant where we purchase eggs from Manitoba egg farmers, grade, package and market them to the consumer.

We have been grading Manitoba-produced eggs for more than four decades, and we are looking to add the right individual to our team.


Order Desk Administrator hrs/week)

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Receiving and processing customer orders using SAP Business One software.
  • Preparing paperwork and scheduling deliveries for outofprovince shipments.
  • Working closely with the shipping department to ensure order accuracy.
  • Maintaining tracking documents.
  • Preparing credits.
  • Answering phones as needed.

What you need:

  • Strong computer skills using Word, Excel, Outlook (very important).
  • High attention to details(very important).
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Selfmotivated, energetic with a positive attitude.
  • Able to work alone or in a team setting.
  • Able to multitask while working in a fastpaced environment.
  • Reliable, punctual.
  • Minimum 2 years workrelated experience.
  • Previous experience using an accounting software is a definite asset.

Job Types:
Fixed term contract, Seasonal

Contract length: 5 months

Pay:
$19.23 per hour

Expected hours:
No less than 30 per week
