Responsibilities:

  • Partnering with Account Executives to provide a shortlist of qualified potential hires
  • Strategizing and collaborating to improve the recruitment process and enhance gross margins
  • Attend weekly meetings with the team
  • Sit in on client meetings

Qualifications:

  • Postsecondary Degree/Diploma OR High School Diploma plus 2 years work experience OR High School Diploma plus 2 years of high level competitive sports
  • Proven ability to work in a sales and or a high volume environment
  • Must be able to work in a fastpaced environment with high volume and tight deadlines
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, prioritizing key activities
  • Able to learn and follow proven standards and processes, with a focus on negotiation
  • Has determination, grit and a proven ability to go the extra mile
  • Proven ability to work positively within a team environment

Salary:
$50,000 + Variable
