We are currently seeking a Senior Learning and Development Analyst who will report to the Manager of Human Resources. In this role, the successful candidate will take on a range of responsibilities, including being a key team member on our SAP implementation team, talent and performance administration, learning management systems (LMS) oversight, as well as involvement in special projects as they arise.

RESPONSIBIITIES:

Implement performance and goals (P&G) within the ARC SAP framework Collaborate with subject matter experts to design enterprise-wide SAP training programs Work together with HR subject matter experts to design and deliver enterprise-wide SuccessFactors training programs Collaborate with HR Business Partners to administer the annual performance cycle Develop end-to-end learning solutions aligned with identified learning needs; partner with existing learning vendors and keep current on other learning vendor opportunities Facilitate the execution of learning and development (L&D) initiatives by coordinating logistics, materials, and facility support Lead the implementation of the LMS within the scope of the ARC SAP implementation Oversee day-to-day LMS administration, ensuring smooth functionality and accessibility Contribute to policy development, updates, and successful rollout across the organization Develop training materials as necessary to support the implementation of new policies Work with business units to create functional competencies

QUALIFICATIONS:

Possess a minimum of 10 years of human resources experience Hold a post-secondary degree in a relevant field such as Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or Adult Education Experience with SAP Excellent public speaking skills Strong understanding of adult learning methodologies Display meticulous attention to detail and accuracy Highly skilled in utilizing MS Office 365 tools Excellent written communication skills Capable of autonomous work, effectively prioritizing tasks in a dynamic environment
