THIS ROLE IS FULL-TIME AND INVOLVES WORKING AS A STAFF PHARMACIST AT 4967 SAFEWAY AND PROVIDING RELIEF AT OTHER TIMESResponsibilities:
- Work within assigned territory demonstrating warmth, empathy, and compassion while acting in the patient's best interest
- Provide patient counselling and education for new therapy
- Initiate care plans, follow up, and complete proper documentation
- Participate in professional programs and collaborate with colleagues
- Ensure prescription safety and prioritize technical functions
- Understand relevant pharmacy services and programs
- Maintain knowledge of pharmacy practice and regulatory requirements
- Adhere to all regulatory requirements and company policies
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from a recognized institution
- Licensed Pharmacist in good standing in the province of responsibility
- Injection and First Aid Certification
- Kroll software experience preferred
The salary range for this role in British Columbia is competitive and based on factors such as location, experience, skills, and market conditions.
