Service Writer

**About the Company**:
**4Tracks is the carrier for Real Canadian Superstore, with a fleet of hundreds of trucks and trailers.**

**We have recently opened a state of the art 8-bay shop in CentrePort, and we are looking to expand our shop operation with new hires.**

**About the Position**:
As Service Writer, you would be responsible for, but not limited to:

- The opening and closing of work orders.
- Editing and inputting info, ensuring parts and labour on work orders is correct.
- Advising Service Manager of the status of jobs in the shop.
- Ensuring that all work in process is active and up to date.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Previous Service Writer/Advisor experience is an asset.
- Great Attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong organization skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $45,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Rosser, MB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Service Writer: 1 year (preferred)
