Randstad Canada is currently hiring a Data Entry Clerk for one of our renowned clients in the document storage field.


Located near the intersection of Rue Fleetwood and Rue de Chevillon, this location is accessible via public transit and also has free parking available.


We are hiring for the following shift:
8:30 AM - 5 PM - Mondays - Fridays

The starting wage for this role is $19.40/hr.

Responsibilities

  • Inputting information into a data system.
  • Must maintain consistent high frequency of keystrokes (10,000 kph), with 100% accuracy confirmed by 'double key' verification
  • Carry cartons ranging in weight from 30 50# for distances up to 20 feet on a frequency of one box every 5 7 minutes
  • Lift and lower cartons from/to pallet and from/to workstation. Cartons range in weight from 3050#, with lift heights ranging from13" to 45", on a frequency of one box every 57 minutes
  • Stacking and order picking multiple cartons/boxes filled with paperwork.
  • The employee will have to work standing up the majority of the time and will have the task of classifying documents in different boxes according to the required classification and enter numbers into a scanner
Qualifications

  • Fulltime availability
  • Prefer candidates that are able to maintain a keystroke average of 10,000 kph
  • Clear criminal background check
  • Comfort with some physical labour and data entry
  • Must be able to complete Reliability Clearance
