Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming accounts and payments, ensuring timely and accurate processing
  • Perform financial transactions, including verification, classification, data entry, display, and recording of data
  • Prepare transaction receipts and bank deposits, maintaining accurate records
  • Reconcile accounts receivable, identifying and resolving discrepancies
  • Check customer billing issues, providing prompt and effective solutions

Requirements:

  • Studies in accounting or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of experience in accounts receivable
  • Comfortable with portals and financial software
  • Excellent attention to detail and accounting skills
  • Proficiency in French and English
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong organizational and efficiency skills
