**Consultant Principal**

La pratique des services professionnels de gestion de contenu d'OpenText est à la recherche d'une personne dynamique et pleine de ressources pour se joindre à notre équipe canadienne en tant que consultant principal. Le consultant principal applique des compétences fonctionnelles et techniques, ainsi que des méthodologies de consultation, afin de recueillir et d'analyser des informations pour concevoir, configurer et mettre en œuvre des solutions d'OpenText en fonction des besoins uniques des clients. Ce poste est axé sur les comptes d'entreprise et plus particulièrement sur la gamme de produits OpenText Content Suite (xECM).

Le titulaire de ce poste travaille en étroite collaboration avec les clients et d'autres consultants en services professionnels dans le cadre de la réalisation de missions OpenText, ainsi qu'avec les responsables de compte, les consultants en solutions et les partenaires stratégiques tout au long des cycles de vente et de livraison.

**Vous êtes compétent pour**:

- Réaliser des mandats de services professionnels avec confiance et grande qualité.
- Démontrer un leadership technique avec les logiciels OpenText Content Suite ou OpenText Documentum. Certains domaines de compétence peuvent inclure : Modélisation de l'information et de la sécurité (CIS), gestion des dossiers et des objets physiques, gestion des courriels, flux de travail et rapports.
- L'installation et le dimensionnement du système ne font pas partie des responsabilités de ce poste, mais une connaissance dans ce domaine est considérée comme un atout.
- Communiquer efficacement grâce à de solides compétences en communication écrite et verbale.
- Comprendre et traduire les exigences d'affaires du client en une solution qui utilise au mieux les fonctionnalités des produits OpenText.
- Contribuer à l'élaboration d'une conception de solution et ou d'une feuille de route de déploiement stratégique.
- Travailler en collaboration avec les collègues d'OpenText pour mettre en œuvre les configurations techniques.
- Contribuer à la documentation du projet, y compris, mais sans s'y limiter, le document des besoins, la conception technique, les plans de test et la documentation du transfert de connaissances.
- Participer à plusieurs projets simultanément.
- Présenter des exposés, des ateliers et des démonstrations en direct à un public mixte composé de personnel technique, fonctionnel et de direction.
- Établir et maintenir des relations positives avec les clients et les traduire en relation à long terme pour les deux entreprises.
- Encadrer les consultants juniors sur les solutions, la technologie et la livraison des projets d'OpenText.
- Préparer, maintenir et soumettre des rapports d'activité / progrès hebdomadaires et des rapports d'enregistrement du temps conformément aux procédures publiées.
- Interagir avec les ventes, les services et les partenaires pour participer à l'évaluation des projets, créer des estimations et répondre aux demandes d'offre de services.
- Rester à jour dans ses connaissances techniques des produits d'OpenText et externes.

**Ce qu'il vous faut**:

- Compétence avec OpenText Content Suite (xECM) et/ou OpenText Documentum.
- La connaissance d'autre solutions de Gestion du Contenu d'Entreprise est considérée comme un atout.
- Un esprit d'équipe très professionnel avec la capacité de travailler de manière indépendante, tout en faisant partie d'une équipe dynamique.
- La capacité de converser, de lire et d'écrire en français est souhaitable.
- La détention d'une cote de sécurité canadienne (ou y être éligible) est souhaitable.
- Connaissance et compréhension des déploiements de logiciels d'entreprise sur site et en mode infonuagique.
- Une solide connaissance d'une variété de technologies, y compris les langages de développement, les outils, la technologie basée sur le Web qui pourraient être impliqués dans une solution OpenText.
- Solides compétences analytiques, techniques et de résolution de problèmes.
- Adhérer aux normes internes et aux meilleures pratiques d'OpenText pour une livraison de projet cohérente et de haute qualité.
- Les déplacements sont une exigence pour ce poste.
