About the role:


The program lasts 10 weeks and consists of supporting a critical project where you will have an opportunity to partner closely with Senior stakeholders to perform analytical and operational roles to develop skills such as analysis led problem solving, fact-based decision making, leadership and program management.

As part of the program, you will be supporting global initiatives alongside colleagues around the world that have Gartner wide impact


You'll be successful as an Intern if you possess a passion for solving complex problems with facts and logic, work well in teams, and can communicate clearly and effectively.

Commitment to your personal development and coachability is a must for this role since associates are expected to act on feedback and rapidly develop business skills and leadership traits.


What you will do:

  • Collaborate with senior service colleagues to identify opportunities to deliver greater effectiveness and efficiencies within their organisation
  • Implement initiatives to improve client engagement and retention metrics
  • Leverage mathematical and analytical methods to creatively solve complex problems.
  • Synthesize complex information into clear takeaways and recommendations using both qualitative and quantitative methods
  • Perform retention and bright spot analysis to understand client behaviours in order to share recommendations that enhance how we provide value to our clients
  • Manage change programs to ensure successful implementation of initiatives
  • Create clear and compelling presentations to share with senior colleagues
  • Guide and mentor others, while being part of our global teams

What you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree required; STEM or master's degree preferred
  • Proven track record of high performance fuelled by critical thinking, emotional intelligence, analytic and communications skills
  • Internship / professional experience required; volunteer/university and club or society role (Captain, president, finance secretary etc) preferred
  • Quantitative problemsolving skills
  • Enthusiasm for client service and team leadership
  • Background or interest in technology, preferred
  • Multilingual, preferred
  • Able to commit to interning between June 2024 to August 2024 for 10 weeks and graduating between December 2024 to July 2025
