Job Description:
  • Interact with customers via phone to provide exceptional customer service regarding Dynamic Funds products and services.
  • Collaborate with the team and act as a liaison between clients and other departments.
  • Analyze accounts, initiate appropriate follow-up, and respond to customer needs.
  • Strive to exceed performance standards in an inbound call-center environment.
  • Maintain knowledge of department policies and procedures.
  • Work on special projects when required.

Skills and Experience Required:
  • College Diploma or equivalent work experience.
  • Bilingual in English and French.
  • University degree in Finance or related field preferred.
  • CSC/IFIC certification beneficial.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and industry databases.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated interest in continuous learning.


Language Requirement: The successful candidate needs to communicate effectively in both English and French due to serving an English-speaking clientele.
