TalentWorld is recruiting a Supply Chain Administrative Assistant in Vancouver, British Columbia for one of our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Manage digital inventory systems for accurate stock levels and movements.
  • Receive, record, and coordinate daily deliveries and stock transfers.
  • Create and update product SKUs, photos, and descriptions.
  • Conduct stock counts, investigate discrepancies, and generate reports.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to resolve product or shipment issues.
  • Ensure optimal stock levels for retail and web stores.
  • Organize and digitize invoices, receipts, and operational documents.
  • Log daily sales reports and reconcile sales channels.
  • Provide clerical and operational support to the management team.
  • Oversee B2B program, processing orders and coordinating stock delivery.
  • Perform general administrative tasks and execute accurate data entry.
  • Maintain an organized office space and assist with market research.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management or administrative role.
  • Proficiency with inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze inventory data and generate reports.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accuracy in data entry and inventory records.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and inventory control methods.
  • Experience in coordinating with suppliers and managing stock levels across multiple channels.
  • Proven track record of maintaining organized and efficient office operations.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and contribute to team collaboration and success.
Employment Details
  • Salary: $20.00HR
  • Benefits: 40 hours weekly, Contract, On-site, Full-Time
  • Schedule: 8:00AM to 5:00PM, Monday to Friday
  • Other: Career growth, Possibility of extension
