TalentWorld is recruiting a Supply Chain Administrative Assistant in Vancouver, British Columbia for one of our clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage digital inventory systems for accurate stock levels and movements.
- Receive, record, and coordinate daily deliveries and stock transfers.
- Create and update product SKUs, photos, and descriptions.
- Conduct stock counts, investigate discrepancies, and generate reports.
- Coordinate with suppliers to resolve product or shipment issues.
- Ensure optimal stock levels for retail and web stores.
- Organize and digitize invoices, receipts, and operational documents.
- Log daily sales reports and reconcile sales channels.
- Provide clerical and operational support to the management team.
- Oversee B2B program, processing orders and coordinating stock delivery.
- Perform general administrative tasks and execute accurate data entry.
- Maintain an organized office space and assist with market research.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management or administrative role.
- Proficiency with inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze inventory data and generate reports.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accuracy in data entry and inventory records.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and inventory control methods.
- Experience in coordinating with suppliers and managing stock levels across multiple channels.
- Proven track record of maintaining organized and efficient office operations.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and contribute to team collaboration and success.
- Salary: $20.00HR
- Benefits: 40 hours weekly, Contract, On-site, Full-Time
- Schedule: 8:00AM to 5:00PM, Monday to Friday
- Other: Career growth, Possibility of extension
