Globe offre un passionnant poste à temps plein à une personne talentueuse et travailleuse. Nous sommes à la recherche d'un ou d'une graphiste qui collaborera avec notre équipe de marketing afin de propulser notre marque vers un avenir radieux.

Ensemble de compétences requis

  • Créer des emballages de produits définitifs et leurs composants, selon les modèles et les directives.
  • Préparer les graphiques finaux pour les fournisseurs internationaux et examiner les preuves finales.
  • Fournir des mises à jour de l'avancement des projets par écrit au chef de projet.
  • Être capable d'achever les projets dans les délais prévus et de communiquer le déroulement des projets aux clients internes et au chef de projet.
  • Établir, diffuser et maintenir des directives de conception afin d'assurer l'uniformité et la cohérence de la production du département marketing.
  • Créer des contenus en ligne, de matériaux de marketing en suivant les différents processus d'approbation en place.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec l'équipe chargée de la marque, ecomm et l'équipe chargée de la communication marketing.
  • Créer et réaliser de nouveaux concepts pour divers projets, notamment l'emballage des produits, les matériels de vente, les catalogues et le contenu marketing numérique.
  • Tenir à jour le matériel dans le système marketing.

Qualifications clés

  • Au moins deux a cinq ans d'expérience en graphisme et en conception d'emballages.
  • Grand sens de l'organisation.
  • Excellente maitrise de la dernière version de la suite Adobe Creative.
  • Diplôme associé en graphisme, au minimum.
  • Capacité à jongler avec plusieurs tâches à la fois, à travailler dans un environnement dynamique et à respecter les échéances.
  • Souci du détail et minutie irréprochable.
  • Capacité à travailler sous pression de manière autonome et à gérer plusieurs projets à la fois sans grande supervision.
  • Débrouillardise, vivacité et initiative.
  • Capacité à sortir des sentiers battus et à remettre en question les façons de faire au besoin.
  • Inventivité, aisance avec la technologie et souci des résultats et de la qualité.
  • Attitude passionnée, positive et gagnante.
  • Capacité de formuler et de recevoir de la rétroaction.
  • Éthique de travail reconnue et intégrité absolue.

Globe is now offering an exciting full-time opportunity to a talented and hardworking individual. We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to work alongside our Marketing team in order to further propel our brand into a bright future.

Skill Set Required

  • Creation of online assets, final product packaging and its components following templates.
  • Provide written project progress updates to the project manager.
  • Complete projects on time and communicate the process of the projects to the internal clients and the project manager.
  • Establish, circulate, and maintain cohesive design guidelines to ensure uniformity and consistency across the Marketing Department's output.
  • Creation of marketing material following the different approval processes in place.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales, Ecomm and Product Development teams.
  • Create and design new concepts for various projects including product packaging, sales materials, catalogues, and digital marketing content.
  • Keep assets updated in the marketing system.

Key Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-5 years' experience in graphic design and packaging design.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • High proficiency in the latest Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Minimum associate degree in graphic design.
  • Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with an impeccable attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate ability to work independently under pressure, managing several projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
  • Recognized for being resourceful, energetic and a self-starter.
  • Out-of-the-box thinker willing to challenge assumptions when required.
  • Innovative, technically savvy, result oriented, and quality focused.
  • Passionate, positive, "can do" attitude.
  • Able to give and receive feedback well.
  • Proven work ethic with utmost integrity.
