10721 Pay Rate: 19.We are seeking a dynamic Receptionist/ Administrative Assistant to join our team and provide essential support across various departments.

This role requires versatility, efficiency, and a proactive approach to handling a wide range of administrative tasks.

As an integral member of our team, you will wear many hats and play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Answer and manage incoming phone calls in a professional manner and provide customer support.
Provide excellent customer service at our front desk to customers, clients and visitors.
Assist with data entry and update information as needed in the ERP system.
Performs general office tasks such as filing, data entry and document management.
Support the team with various administrative tasks.
Handle ad hoc administrative tasks as they arise, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Uphold company policies and procedures, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
Must have a valid drivers's license and access to transportation
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Some of these people have gone on to become permanent full-time employees. They helped me out when I needed some things to go on and she kept me going.

A Niagara Falls company had offered me a permanent position, but decided that instead of hiring me directly, they would prefer to go through an agency.

They agreed, and the company s HR department was in contact with staff to make arrangements for EPC to handle my contract.

EPC is a great place to go through for finding a full-time job.

The people I dealt with were great and helped me out with everything I needed to get a new job.

If I ever need help again I'll be going back to EPC for sure.
