Rotation/Shifts:

Days, 8 hour shifts (08:00-16:00)

Basic Requirements:

  • High school diploma (Grade 12);
  • Basic Word;
  • Basic Excel;
  • Knowledge of Outlook;
  • Knowledge of mailroom equipment i.e. meter machine, folder inserts;
  • Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and oral communications skills;
  • Ability to prioritize and organize;
  • Ability to interact with internal customers of various levels and external business partners (i.e. Canada Post, CanPar, or various other couriers and equipment suppliers and vendors);
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
