**Ce que nous recherchons**:
Un(e) assistant(e) aux opérations qui sera chargé(e) de gérer les appels téléphoniques et les courriels des clients, de passer des appels téléphoniques à nos partenaires pour leur donner les commandes du jour, ainsi que les tâches administratives connexes. L'entreprise fonctionne 7 jours sur 7 et l'assistant(e) aux opérations doit être disponible pour travailler entre 9h00 et 16h00 et s'adapter aux quarts de fin de semaine. Le poste est à temps plein
**Les responsabilités de l'agent(e) aux opérations sont les suivantes**:
- Entretenir des relations positives avec nos fournisseurs, être leur point de contact pour tous les problèmes opérationnels quotidiens.
- Fournir un soutien aux guides touristiques pendant leurs visites (téléphone, texte, courriel).
- Répondre aux appels téléphoniques et aux courriels des clients
- Répondre et gérer les problèmes urgents le jour de la visite.
- Créer et envoyer des rapports hebdomadaires aux vendeurs en utilisant Excel.
- Être responsable de la mise à jour des documents et des données de l'entreprise.
- Autres tâches pertinentes selon les besoins
- Payer les commerçants et les guides par virement bancaire à chaque mois
**Compétences requises**:
- Anglais et français, écrit et parlé. La plupart de nos clients sont anglophones, mais notre personnel de bureau, nos partenaires, nos vendeurs et certains clients sont francophones. Le bilinguisme est obligatoire.
- Une bonne connaissance de la grammaire et de l'étiquette professionnelle du courrier électronique est indispensable (la plupart de nos services à la clientèle se font par courrier électronique).
- Expérience avec Google Drive, Gmail, Word, Excel (De base)
- Expérience en service à la clientèle

Our team at Local Montreal Food Tours is looking to fill the position of full time Operations Manager We are a young, dynamic team, working out at Velo Québec on the Plateau Mont-Royal, on Rachel Street. To help visitors and curious locals discover Montreal's rich culture, history, and especiallyits best food and beer We do this by creating walking tours in our favourite neighbourhoods, and we need your help to make that possible

**What we are looking for**:
**Operations Manager responsibilities include**:
- Maintain positive relationships with our vendors, be their point of contact for any day to day operational issues
- Respond to and handle time sensitive issues on the day of the tour
- Create and send weekly reports to vendors using excel
- Be responsible to keep company documents and data up to date
- Other relevant duties as required
**Required**:
- English and French, written and spoken. Most of our customers are English-speaking, but our office staff, partners, vendors, and some customers are French-speaking. Bilingualism a must.
- Experience with Google Drive, Gmail, Word, Excel (basic)
- Customer service experience
**Assets**:
- Must be very self-motivated and excel in a rapidly-changing environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to think quickly, be able to handle emergency situations in a calm and effective manner
