Elton Manufacturing has been developing and delivering the best window and weatherstripping products to the garage door industry through innovation, quality and service.
Key duties and responsibilities
- Work with Elton Manufacturing facilities to coordinate the daily scheduling of service and repairs of all the plant equipment.
- Ensure that all scheduled maintenance is completed as outlined by Plant Managers.
- Provide continuous communication to the related department relative to equipment status( out of service and repair status)
- On
- Flexible to work any shift, including evenings and weekends
- Handling breakdown for all the plants machinery ( Mechanical, Hydraulic, pneumatic, piping, fabrication )
- Repairing Gear box, Hydrauluc/Pneumatic cylinders, water and air pipelines, water leakage
- Convert Pneumatic maintenace as per schedule
- Maintain and update a maintenance Log book.
Job Requirements
- 510 years experience
- Indepth knowledge of Mechanics and machine shop proctors
- Indepth knowledge of Electric, hydraulics and Pneumatics
- Experience using hand and electrical tools
- Ability to read technical manuals and drawings
- Strong teammate, coach and motivator who can lead and collaborate effectively with others
- Proven oral and written communication skills
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Successful completion of an apprenticeship(assets)
Salary:
$20.00-$21.00 per hour
