Customer Service Representative

ACUTE Environmental and Safety Services Inc. is looking for an experienced, career-minded
Customer Service Representative whois responsible for serving customers in person and via the telephone.


The Customer Service Representative is accountable for dealing with customer inquiries, and processing transactions, such as invoicing and customer certificates for training, quoting on corporate products or services through the achievement of opportunity-based sales, ensure customer bookings, weekly schedules, on-site and ACUTE Training is done accurately, diligently and quickly.

Integrity, passion, and in-person customer focused skills are essential for this role.


This position reports directly to the President, with direction provided from other senior ACUTE staff in training, consulting, on site and business development activities as required.


As an ACUTE
Customer Service Representative, your role will exemplify our brand image as an ambassador and will provide positive brand experiences to all customers.


Requirements:

  • Successful completion of a college diploma or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of successful customer service experience.
  • Experience working in a technical or industrial organization, providing customer service and inside sales support.
  • Proficient working knowledge of CRM/ERP databases and software.
  • Detail oriented and excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure with simultaneous deadlines.
  • Ability to think on your feet, by assessing, planning and strategic troubleshooting.
  • Selfmotivated and driven professional.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills.
  • Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills.
  • Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.
  • Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent listening skills.

  • Able to perform basic calculations and mathematica figures.

  • Must possess a valid driver license.
