WHAT YOU'LL DO:


The Financial Analyst provides financial and accounting expertise and support to the organization and its decision-making processes and assumes key responsibilities for the analysis of financial issues.


WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • Undergraduate degree in accounting/business program
  • Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation, or actively pursuing designation.
  • 3+ years of working experience in accounting/finance

WHO YOU ARE:

  • Ability to balance multiple work demands to achieve deadlines and reporting requirements
  • Ability to take initiative and act independently using good judgement as well as accept direction
  • Demonstrated experience in variance analysis and account reconciliations
  • Demonstrated proficiency in a variety of software packages (i.e. Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience using Infor (Cloud Suite Financials) would be an asset
  • Healthcare experience would be an asset
