WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DO:
- Promotion Support: Assist Dealers with promotions by ensuring correct application of promotions to invoices.
- Invoice Auditing: Audit Dealers' invoices to confirm the accuracy of promotions applied and resolve any discrepancies.
- Credit Note Issuance: Generate credit notes for Dealers to accurately reflect promotional discounts.
- Purchase Order Creation: Create purchase orders to facilitate payment processing for Dealers' invoices.
- Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with Dealers to address concerns or inquiries promptly.
- Documentation: Keep accurate records of promotions, credit notes, purchase orders, and related documentation.
- Collaboration: Work with internal teams, including Sales and Finance, for smooth operations and timely issue resolution.
- Training and Development: Engage in training sessions and opportunities for professional development to enhance role-relevant skills and knowledge.
SKILLS AND QUALITIES TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Prior experience in retail operations or customer service is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Environment: Based in Campinas Office, Brazil.
