Currently, Eneon is looking for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to add to our team.

What you'll do?


The Sales & Marketing Coordinator will govern a variety of tasks to support the Sales & Marketing team, ensuring its ability to continue leading the vigorous growth and expansion that is planned for Eneon.


This role will focus on the ownership of administrative tasks but will be asked to support a wider range of duties within the department.

Due to the evolving nature of this role, the Sales & Marketing Coordinator will be directly supported by the VP Sales & Marketing to ensure thorough training and guidance.


Key responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative excellence to the team, ensuring that the sales, projects, and company goals are continually met.
  • Support in the development of key marketing initiatives.
  • Act as a primary point of contact within the Sales & Marketing department and attend industry events as a company representative.
  • Support the maintenance of the CRM, ensuring all data is continually and accurately up to date.
  • Maintain the directory and inventory of sales materials, ensuring all resources are current and accurate, and coordination of new materials as needed.
  • Support and maintain organization of the proposal process between the Application Engineering and Sales teams.
  • Support the development of company presentation materials (familiarity with Powerpoint important), and the creation of collateral materials and proposal presentations for prospective clients as required by Sales.
  • Coordinate marketing events: overseeing logistics within a budget, managing registrations, coordinating with vendors, creating itineraries, and ordering marketing collateral.
  • Track sales data, maintain promotional materials inventory, plan meetings, and maintain CRM databases.
  • Lead in the creation, scheduling, and management of content for social media (LinkedIn).

What you'll bring?

  • 2+ years of directly related experience to the above responsibilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, Word). Comfort with technology and ability to learn new platforms/systems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills both digitally and in person, as well as demonstrable copywriting and proofreading skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and multitask various responsibilities; to manage time and meet deadlines.
  • Overnight and international travel required (must have valid passport).
  • Postsecondary education in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is an asset.
  • Knowledge of the renewable energy industry with a focus on battery energy storage is an asset.
