Objectifs principaux:

- Faire des appels téléphoniques sortants au nom du client aux principaux professionnels des soins de santé et leur transmettre des messages de vente clés et leur offrir un soutien continu pour augmenter les ventes.
- Inscrire les informations clés discutées lors des appels dans le CRM.
- Transmettre des messages de vente clés aux médecins et aux pharmaciens en fonction du guide d'appel approuvé par le client.
- Gérer les relations avec les principaux influenceurs, le client et toutes les unités opérationnelles d'Ashfield par le biais de points de contact réguliers pour s'assurer que les indicateurs de rendement clé (IRC) du programme sont réalisés et pour atteindre les objectifs en matière d'appels et de ventes.
- Maintenir les activités existantes et promouvoir des services supplémentaires en fournissant des informations à l'équipe et en apportant des solutions aux besoins du client.
- Autonome et très analytique avec la capacité d'évaluer les occasions d'affaires pour bien gérer son territoire et répondre aux attentes des appels.

Spécifications du titulaire du poste:

- Parfaitement bilingue en français et en anglais (oral et écrit)
- Baccalauréat requis en sciences de préférence
- Expérience en vente un atout (minimum 1 à 2 ans)
- Expérience dans le secteur pharmaceutique ou de la santé.
- Capacité à collaborer avec les unités opérationnelles internes et externes
- Antécédents confirmés en matière de vente pour l'atteinte des objectifs et capacité à analyser les tendances des ventes
- Capable de prioriser et de planifier la couverture du territoire
- Sens des affaires et compétences entrepreneuriales
- Énergique et motivé
- Expérience avérée de l'obtention de résultats dans un environnement d'entreprise à forte croissance
- Réputation bien établie en tant qu'exécutant exceptionnel avec une grande intégrité
- Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite
- Excellentes compétences en service à la clientèle et en négociation
- Connaissance de la technologie et du numérique, maîtrise de Microsoft Office

Key Objectives:

- Places outbound phone calls on behalf of the client to key healthcare professionals and delivers; key selling messages and continuous support to increase sales;
- Capture key information discussed during calls in the CRM;
- Deliver key selling messages to physicians and pharmacists based on client approved call guide;
- Manage relationships with the key influencers, client and all Ashfield business units through; regular touch points to ensure program KPIs are delivered and to attain call activity metric and sales goals;
- Maintain existing business and promote additional services by providing insights to the team and provide solutions to the client's needs;
- Self-sufficient and highly analytical with the ability to assess business opportunities to proper manage their territory and meet call expectations;

Job Holder specification:

- Fluently Bilingual French and English (oral and written);
- Bachelor's degree required, science preferred;
- Experience in sales an asset (minimum 1- 2 years);
- Experience in pharmaceuticals or healthcare industry
- Ability to collaborate with internal and external business units;
- Proven sales track record of goal achievement and ability to analyze sale trends;
- Able to prioritize and plan territory coverage;
- Business acumen and entrepreneurial skills;
- Energetic and self-motivated;
- Proven record of driving results in a high-growth company environment;
- Established reputation as a top performer with high integrity;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Excellent customer service and negotiation skills;
- Tech and digital savvy, proficient in Microsoft Office.
