CCDC Experience:
Experience with CCDC contracts is essential, along with strong scheduling capabilities. Previous experience in wood frame construction projects is preferred over poured concrete.
Administrative Skills:
The candidate should possess strong administrative skills, including proficiency in billings, contract management, scheduling, and invoicing. Experience overseeing superintendents and site staff is a plus.
Customer Engagement:
The ability to effectively engage with customers, address design issues, and collaborate with consultants is crucial for success in this role
Fixed Price Contracts:
Experience working with fixed price contracts and at least 7 years of experience employed by an 'at risk' General Contractor is required
In-Office:
The ideal candidate must be able to commute to Niagara Falls on a daily basis We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi-Residential Project Manager to join a winning team in Niagara Falls.
The ideal candidate will possess expertise in managing multi-residential projects ranging from $5 million to $11 million.This position offers the opportunity to work out of a spacious and well-equipped office and oversee all aspects of project management, from inception to completion.
