We are looking for a passionate and dynamic

Change and Adoption Consultant/SME for our

Toronto branch who will deliver consultative services directly to clients and build relationships with stakeholders and project teams You will lead projects to empower your clients to achieve digital adoption.

A Day in the Life:

  • Create engaging Adoption Plans with stages, deadlines, and goals to increase enterprise adoption of technology products specifically Microsoft 36
  • Prepare communication plans and messages for employees, executives, and project stakeholders
  • Set instructional end goals, create content that matches them and facilitate training sessions
  • Create compelling presentations and instructional material
  • Devise modes of assessment to measure the effectiveness of the Adoption Plan

What You Bring:

  • Senior Change Lead with experience leading digital transformation projects
  • Ability to translate technical content into accessible end user training materials
  • Highlevel technical knowledge of Microsoft 365, specifically SharePoint Online
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and giving executive presentations
  • Experience designing training plans, conducting learning needs assessments, designing training materials and facilitating requirements workshops
  • Experience creating enduser supporting documentation such as FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions), Quick Reference Guides (QRGs), training presentations, and demonstrations
  • Able to work in a team environment, meet deadlines and take on responsibility and accountability
  • Ability to work collaboratively to engage expertise from various business units to develop learning solutions that bridge knowledge and process gaps
  • Advocate for enterprise technology adoption
