Accountabilities:

  • Daily operation of the Guest Services desks in the Village Day Lodge, including ticket sales
  • Contact position for guests regarding lift tickets, Season Passes sales for Summer and Winter, booking biking lessons and summer activities as well as resort information
  • Deals with guests in an efficient, courteous, respectful, and friendly manner
  • Demonstrates a commitment to exceeding the customer's expectations
  • Manages all cash transactions in a secure and accurate manner
  • Highly organized and efficient in the workplace
  • Always follows company policies and procedures
  • Security and accountability of tickets and cash
  • Balancing daily sales to computer reports
