Responsibilities

  • Coach, motivate, and engage team members; identify training needs
  • Foster a positive team culture
  • Participate in hiring processes; set goals and manage performance
  • Supervise daily operations
  • Lead and monitor operations to meet targets
  • Understand the business and provide expertise to employees and customers
  • Develop procedures and service standards
  • Address challenges and provide solutions
  • Facilitate communication across departments
  • Analyze reports and lead projects
  • Manage budget and expenses
  • Identify high performers for special projects and training
  • Support employees through changes and system additions

Requirements

  • Community college diploma in a related field
  • 5+ years of experience
  • Supervisory experience
  • Bilingualism (English/French) an asset
  • Team building and conflict resolution skills
  • Logical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Organizational skills and ability to build relationships
  • Confidentiality and diplomacy
  • Proficiency in English for nationwide communication
