Shipping and Receiving Clerk

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process incoming shipments, verifying accuracy of contents and inspecting for damages
  • Prepare and package outgoing shipments, ensuring items are properly labeled and securely packed
  • Inventory tracking levels and update stock records
  • Pick orders, prepare pallets, move and organize stock
  • Perform order picking and packing duties according to customer requirements
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
  • Help with packaging of goods make boxes, use metal detector and place goods in freezer.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in shipping and receiving or warehouse operations preferred
  • Proficiency in operating jiggers, order pickers, pallet jacks
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory
