  • In the role of
    The responsabilities:

You are a key member of a team and the point person around the use of data systems while ensuring that company standards are met:

  • Perform periodic data quality reviews on internal and external data sets.
  • Maintain, mapping and enter data for Molson's internal and external data sets.
  • Timely identify issues with data and trigger actions to fix source systems to ensure effective end user experiences and analysis.
  • Work closely with IT to decrease the time to resolution for technical issues.
  • Improve data management processes and make recommendations for data quality initiatives.
  • Manage data purchases and subscription renewals.

You are a change agent:

  • Educate Management/Business on current reporting offering to ensure full utilization.
  • Facilitate greater democratization of our data sets to a wider user range.
  • Propose new ways of looking at current information to unearth business insights.

The Other Qualifications

  • You love a challenge. You act with appropriate urgency to various events and trends that require a quick turnaround.
  • You are a natural seeker for better business practices.
  • High attention to detail
  • Understanding of data administration and management functions (collection, analysis, distribution etc.)
  • Familiarity with modern database and information system technologies
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Access, Word etc.); BW and Tableau are a plus.
  • You have excellent problemsolving and communication skills.
  • You respect your commitments and can obtain support from crossfunction members.
  • You have at least 1 yearof experience with most, if not all, above responsibilities described.
