Successful Proposal Writers are detail oriented, organized and have a passion for reading and writing.

Their skill sets typically include:

  • Ability to learn new, complex ideas in a short time frame;
  • Ability to manage projects and deadlines, prioritizing key activities, with a focus on urgency;
  • Ability to to learn and follow proven standards and processes, with a focus on detail; and
Working well both in teams and individually.

We are seeking internal applicants who have the following experience:

  • Demonstrated experience with creative, technical or research-oriented writing;
  • Formal education in a related field such as: English, technical writing &/or marketing/communications;
  • Have a high proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and Adobe Professional
  • An understanding of formal supply chains (e.g. reviewing and responding to formal RFPs, contracting, vendor management tools)
