    Supervisor

Summary of responsibilities

  • Manage customer queries in a friendly, timely and efficient manner
  • Serve Alcoholic/Non-Alcoholic beverages in accordance of provincial regulations
  • Ensure knowledge of menus and all special promotions
  • Ensure misenplace is well stocked at all floor locations
  • Follow correct reporting procedures if faced with customer complaints
  • Ensure Food and Beverage orders are of a consistently good standard and delivered in a timely manner
  • Accurately records all sales of Food and Beverages, process billing, complete POS daily closeout procedures
  • Maintain a clean, safe and organized work area
  • Follows all procedures, including opening and closing inventories, side station responsibilities and re stocking as required
  • Offer product suggestions to increase sales and heighten guest satisfaction
  • Ensure that Kaneff Golf uniform policy is adhered to at all times
  • Ensure that all staff arrives to work on time and the schedule is done according with the number of golfers and reservations.
  • Work in any area requiring additional staffing.
  • Direct staff to various areas within the department to meet service needs
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
Valid smart serve certification

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal

Part-time hours: 30-40 per week

Salary:
$18.00-$21.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Morning shift
  • Overtime
  • Weekend availability
